As of June 2022 you can’t use the app on iPhone to purchase tickets if you don’t have a transport card: don’t bother downloading it if you’re just going through Toulouse and don’t have a transport card to load with your purchase.

I use this app all the time to get around as an exchange student in Toulouse, and I noticed that it updated recently overnight. I was ok with that until I went to recharge my carte pastel on the app like I always do. Now it asks me for a card verification code, and I can’t find one anywhere. It never used to ask for this! Now I can’t recharge my monthly pass on my phone because I can’t find information anywhere about this verification code, and so I assume it was something you got when first buying the card, which was done by my exchange program and not by me. If tisséo would go back to how it was before, where you could recharge your card without some random code, I’d like the app more.

Globalement Tisséo est une très bonne app, très complète et toujours en evolution. La dernière mise à jour, qui fait qu’on peut maintenant acheter des titres directement sur l’appli est vraiment super. Maintenant il n’y a plus qu’à ajouter la dématérialisation de la carte sur l’application !!
